My Life – My Future

Our purpose is to support young people who have struggled with formal education and engagement with the community into adulthood, by sourcing the opportunity for them to undertake real life employability skills thus benefiting both the individual and the wider community.

My Life My Future C.I.C will offer opportunities outside of the current mainstream provisions and by utilising its a holistic approach, it will provide opportunities and outcomes tailored to the needs of the individual.

By providing employment opportunities and support to these young people we will help them to become self-sufficient and reduce their reliance on social welfare programs. This will reduce the number of young people who are deemed to be “Not in Education, Employment or Training.” (NEET)

Our Objectives

Strengthening the local economy

Employment will help young people to become more financially stable, which may in turn lead to increased spending in the local economy.

Building a stronger future workforce

By investing in the development and success of young people.

Promoting social inclusion

By supporting young people who are hard to reach and may feel marginalized, to help promote social inclusion and a sense of belonging in the community.

Improving public safety

By providing young people with the means to support themselves and become productive members of society, to help reduce the risk of offending and improve public safety.
